I interpret "All-Inclusive" as meaning a Provider offers certain services, and no more.  There will be no additional fees for other services.  I believe that "All-Inclusive" can differ from one Provider to another.
What are other definitions and interpretations of this term?

it depends on the girl. all inclusive means what ever it means at that moment. If your not into  that definition of "all inclusive" then i would take your business elsewhere.

It's used way too often in advertising by providers, to the point where it has no meaning.

It should mean that the requested rate is all inclusive and no other hidden charges will be made.  Or it would mean that whatever services are available are included at the same rate. Most reputable providers would not ask for any extra fees unless that is specifically mentioned on the web or prior to the session.  So U decite that that means.
