I do have to disagree with his position that flagging is effective. Not that long ago, they had the opposite problem where 2 out of 3 ads were flagged almost before they posted.  Now, it's almost impossible to flag off bad posts.

But ya know what?  When you own the dog and the pony, you can run the show almost any way you deem fit.

it would like asking a newspaper to screen their classified ads for nut jobs in the personals.
