I don't want to sound rude, but maybe you might want to consider a different approach. For someone who has no reviews that I could find, your question is very outside of the boundaries.

You have no reviews and your asking for people to suggest and recommend a person who will break the law. This is really no way to start off. I am sure this is just an oversight on your part. Might I suggest you simply do a search on TER under the city of Phoenix. That city heading will cover all the areas you mention. Then just look under the Fantasy Reviews of those companions. Thats a great way to start your search.

Again this was really meant to be more of a simple way to get you an answer, and an informative suggestion, not an insult. I am just a blunt kind of person. Good Luck in your search, there are a ton of beautiful and talented companions in the area.
