Is anyone else having difficulty lately with Phoenix411? My virus protection software now stops me from viewing anything. It tells me the site is trying to access information on my computer.

It's actually a message from my firewall..
It seems like the site may have an issue, but I'm not an expert.

Description

This signature detects attempts to exploit an information disclosure vulnerability in Microsoft Internet Explorer, because it incorrectly interprets a specially crafted document as a cascading style sheet (CSS).

Looks like if you download the microsoft updates it should help fic the issue you are seeing.
