I made the mistake of giving my ATF provider a call, didn't get a response and later found out she was out of town.  I check her Website calendar and sure enough, it plainly stated she was not available for the week.  Moral of the story:  Check with the provider's calendar if she has one. Those with Websites usually do. It makes scheduling so much easier.  It's a tool that should be used.
