A well known long time companion was arrested on 7/11/12 at 3:27PM by Phoenix PD for not having an escort license and not having an escort ID.

She is STILL in Estrella jail (I have booking ID) and next court appearance is 8/15 Phoenix Magistrate Court.

I am covering the Phoenix Goddess Temple Trial/Case of 39 defendants (PGT) and she was brought into court in jail striped inmate clothing with a deputy from jail which is how I knew about it.

As I have extensively reported on it is virtually impossible to comply with escort license requirements and earlier this year there was many arrested from websites for not having license but previously just ticketed or taken to 4th ave and released,  not held in jail since she has not posted bond.

Yes July 11th. No typo.  I know her fairly well and life sadly may be more affordable in jail without having to pay for housing and food.

I only knew because appeared in Court Thurs in PGT case in inmate striped cloth from jail.

PGT case all more serious felonies of course when two or more are gathered (criminal enterprise).

Knowing that LE is busy going after the ladies for "other" things is good information to have in my opinion.

It is a reminder to be careful. PD is very active sadly.  Last week a Westside massage place owner arrested and at least one individual gal last week not related.  The Westside was with under covers going in and getting solicited.  

Escorting without license easy and many gals have been charged with this in 2012

I realize some folks here prefer ignorance and their own only happy posts that encourage business.  I have known to many bad stories of what happens and warn to folks are careful.  But Phoenix PD is very skilled even send in undercover female cops (especially one ) who convinces owners she wants a job and gets trained as in PGT and the guy cop that fooled DD owner.  

Going to Tent City in 110F heat is no fun for prostitution 1st conviction and a felony and potential prison far worse and can ruin ability to get a normal job.

One PGT gal has been applying for various lower level jobs and can't get due to pending felonies.

So sometimes not happy info can be helpful to make folks aware the risks to be very careful since Phoenix is so aggressive.

In PGT Court beginning each session the judge reads a standard victims statement for any in Court that have been victims- there rights etc.   But in the PGT and all escort cases the "victim" in the police reports is the State of Arizona.

how she was arrested? If she conducted any type of verification or screening, if it was in or out call, etc. etc.?

She brags about her good screening and does outcall usually to hotels I believe.

But for escorting without a license no contact needed just the offer in an ad.  If you have GSE or worse terms on a website its an easy bust for solicitation with minimum 15 days in tent city, no one to screen they just come with often SWAT team and arrest.

I want to keep personal names out but she was the one whose mother came to her house to bring a Pizza and was met with guns pointed at her as she entered since SWAT had just stormed her house.   This was on the 2nd round busts on PGT (where most were arrested twice even when already posted bail on the first indictment and then the state got a intervening indictment -adding more evidence from Temple SWAT military like attack). Them swat teams went out again to some individual homes of gals.  Breasts it seems are dangerous weapons if on an escort or massage provider (Temple basically massage),

One gal not previously arrested was last week on a not wearing seat belt stop in OR and is being held in Medford Or jail on $250,000 bail as a fugitive from AZ holding for extradition.

Another about 2 weeks ago a PGT gal was in a car crash in Louisiana and being held Very little medical attention to her broken bones from crash she tells me.

Still 5 of 39 outstanding.

Little or no direct evidence against most, just for being listed on website or books for PGT so have affiliated with criminal enterprise charges.   The big issue is if as part of the $204/hr fee a "happy ending" was expected.  That is the main case and even gals with no direct evidence against or only worked a few days face felony associated with a criminal enterprise charge.

Most of the public would think this was a huge waste of money and resources but only the religious belief aspects get the media's attention.
