Why is when u book in advance.  Verify your appointment 40 minutes prior.  Show up on time.  To be blown off by a provider..  With out any communication.  I won't say who the provider is but somethings never change even if she says it has on her website about being on time.

She was running over time or extending with her previous customer. Sometimes business can be so shitty that the lady takes what they can get to pay the bills and forget about a potential appointment while the mans references never responded back. I can relate to this type of situation.

More importantly, what if the client forgot the exact time he typed in his email or text to meet.. maybe she was the one who dodged the bullet from the fact the client was posting his venting thread earlier than the appointment ever occurred on ter. These are things to ponder....
