Azmystiques, Elites, Desert Divas  and newcomer HIPS are good choices.  Find a lady who catches your eye then give a call...  works for me !

Phoenix has a plethora of honest agencies now.  If we don't have someone who tickles your fancy, I'm sure one of them can help you out.

The top 4 agencies in the Valley IMHO are TLC, Desert Divas, Mystiques and Elites. I'd stay away from all others for now.
