Sitting at my desk, I felt like someone was trying to move my chair.  I look at my dining room light and it is swaying.  OMG that was F'ing weird.  My first earthquake.  Not a biggie but my first.

I had the same experience about 20 years ago here in Phoenix.  It was ALSO on a Sunday and one of the channels sent a news crew out to my house to have me ring my wind chimes "like happened in the earthquake". SLOW news day !!!

As long as you live thru them, being in CA is more interesting!!

with the pool water rolling over the edge.  But I happened to be sitting at the computer at the time and I truly didn't know what it was until I saw my hanging light sway back and forth.  

Glad your family is okay.  It was weird here I can't imagine what it felt like being closer to it as San Diego is.

I didn't feel the one yesterday was in transit
