Rachel Foxx is a provider that moved to the valley a few months ago, around 6 I think, maybe longer, from Seattle.  I don't know what her name was in Seattle or if she had LE troubles there (hits to that on CL), but she ended up here.  One of her former names was Ava Evans and she started receiving fairly good reviews on TER (8's) and then for unknown reasons was banned from TER and the reviews removed.  As Ave Evans she mostly ran multiple ads daily on CL.  She took a month off and when she returned, her name was Rachel Foxx.

Never met her but talked to her a few times.  Seemed like a nice, intelligent lady.  She is not a GFE, but reviews seemed to indicate good service.  Seems to have lost weight while on the month hiatus, much more shapely and toned now.
