LOL most girls are drunk down there and hang out at the bars but I would suggest a holiday weekend.  It is not really a provider town as there are so many influx of American women younger than 21 who descend upon that place due to the "official" drinking age of 18.  

Another thing is that Mexico doesn't have the US Constitution to protect you (although we increasing have our rights eroded even where the US Constitution is still in effect) and you must never bring either 1) any ammunition or 2) any guns - even fake guns) to Mexico!!  Gun use is limited strictly to drug cartels and government agents

This is true.  I remember I got a bj from a stripper in Nogales once.  In Tijuana it is wild and out of control, even a few Russian women who are working there.
