It began with Mayor Modprod reading the Poon Valley Proclamation declaring this day forever MJ's Birthday.  A prelude to the "BIG" party planned at the Poon Valley Community Center this small group started MJ off with a bang...A great night with special friends and lots of choclate and well pooners you can imagine the rest.......As the night came to a end Mayor Modprod bid farewell to Foxy Kay, Terri Kares, Angelina, ole Loverboy and the guest of honor, Madison James...The bar was out of liquor, the chef out of choclate and the manager of the joint wandering what hit the place with such a small group...oh and don't forget the people who were agahst and got up and left....Mayor is the liability policy for Poon Valley still in place?
