It seems some  folks here don't want any truth about the risks and what is actually going on with Phoenix felony cases related to companions, massage places etc.    Obviously I have been doing this reporting for years (other places mostly) to help folks be aware of the legal issues we face with aggressive LE tactics that violate our rights to "life liberty and especially the pursuit of happiness"!    Obviously I discourage illegal acts since it can result in serious felonies as Maricopa Superior Court is full of.   Been watching cases for over a decade hoping to find a win based on no "fee arrangement".  The Temple case I thought had the best chance but convicted and now on appeal.  

I realize ignorance is bliss for many folks, but others maybe want to know the truth and facts to encourage not having a fee arrangement for illegal sex acts or having them so blatant in ads which is a solicitation crime just by the ads.

This isn't Canada where harm reduction is more important than arrests of private consenting adults.

Been active monitoring and reporting on the long shot but only hope that things could change in the ESLERP v GASCON case now at the 9th Circuit as a special action.

I've read everything on the Legal Board, and it's quite a read.  Well researched and thought out.
