First time scheduling with them, but got verified and confirmed ok.  Set and excited to see Alexa, called an hour before for final detals, got voicemail.  called every 10 minutes until appointment time.  All calls went to voicemail.  It takes me 45 min to get to Philly.  Grumpy pants is an understatement....

There have been many posts on this discussion board echoing your frustration with The Brickel Agency. Bottom line is that their customer service is bad. It always has been bad, and they really don't seem to care about making it better. It is unclear in your comments if you finally got to see Alexa, hopefully you did, but some clients have been completely stood up and Brickel doesn't even bother to call back to explain anything. If you use this agency you can, at a minimum, expect a delay of 20-30 minutes from your scheduled time. They are always running late. One hobbyist said he complained to them and got an additional free 1/2 hour on his next appt. I think that example is more the exception rather than the rule. They have been around for awhile therefore they must be making money despite their poor customer service and as such they have no incentive to change.

Look they have changed the name like 3-4 times, but always same.  Look that have top shelve pussy and decent price.  So there is some bad, but dam good time after the wait.

I scheduled an appointment with Baylee earlier this month and had a similar experience...sat around for an hour and finally went home.

All of Brickel's girls have great reviews, so I'm sure they don't miss the clients they lose as a result of their poor service.  I won't bother with them again, though.
