While I have not been there, in my investigation I have noticed the following, It is not FS/GFE unless noted, they had advertised at one time ONE girl that offered FS. She has since then moved on from what I can tell and works with George at Philly GFE. When the FS was offered,  it was clearly noted in the left hand margin on the first page. Also, it appears (but not 100% sure) to be in a residential neighborhood (never a good thing) while the Philly cops have bigger problems, residential scrub shacks are a bust waiting to happen.
