Is anyone here really naive enough to believe this doesn't happen ALL the time, either by the provider herself, or the agency.  C'mon, we're all big boys, let's at least act like we're reasonably smart.  And if you don't believe in "self-reviews," you probably DO believe the reviewers that talk about shooting 5 cups, while bringing the provider to the heights of ecstasy...multiple O's, et. al.
