Can anyone help me understand why some providers require references from other providers and do not accep work info for verification?  I am a quality over quantity type of hobbyist and I find that a lot of the top visiting providers want references and won't do work verification and I don't quite understand. I'm not complaining as every provider has the right to do whatever they want I'm just trying to understand. I would think the goal is to be safe and work info may be the best for that...

just because you have a job doesn't mean you are a good, non-violent person.  References are necessary so we see you have a history of treating providers properly.  You can always join P411 or date-check since most of us use that as a source of verification as well.

It depends what kind of work verification can even be done.  If its a website that can be sketchy because anyone can throw up a website. And people also lie. You can say you work at such and such place, and then we only have your work number to call which only you pick up or some "assistant" picks up. Honestly many providers have the mentality of better be safe then sorry.

 We all have our own personal ways to check references and it really is for our safety and in the end yours as well! Since you say you are quality over quantity then it seems like you should have some good solid references? I feel comfortable when I can contact other reputable ladies in the biz for ref checks. I also feel comfortable when the client belongs to verification sites.

You specifically mentioned visiting providers. Touring girls would have much less knowledge of legit or non-legit local businesses than they would in their home town. "XYZ Publishing Co." may be well known
in Philly but not to a girl from Florida so she is much less likely to trust that verification.

Many ladies verify among each other all the time and have a trust level built up. Look at it this way. Would you rather have a close friend tell you XYZ restaturant is great and you should go there to eat or some anonymous person on Yelp?

And when you factor in the ladies personal security & safety is at risk in this business, something guys take for granted far too often, whom would you trust more for verification, an employer check or another woman that knows exactly what its like everyday in this biz to meet stangers in a hotel room with only one way out of the room?

I have never needed a reference, but if I did I would only trust providers I know personally.  There are, so many other ways to screen.

We have to realize that this boards  are .. as it is in disclaimer - juts pure for your imagination ..  so lovers .. we do  trust to .. totall strangers and  their opinion may be just subjective.. what is ok for one lady is not good for other same with  gentleman .. so  I encourage you use your own brain work
( because I have been in very bad  situations  with those who have over 20 Oks and were white listed .)
so then I started do it my own ways - I always  am very glad with those lovers who able to share  their professional info  as websites links with his pics and email address .. LINKEDIN with connections - what I  have I have LINKEDin as Serafima Love ... there is .. zero info about me no pics not websites ..  so you welcome send me there message  and I see who you are and .. then  you are screened ..  if you have more then 10 connections and I can see your information ..
I do use my own brains to  screen and sort out plebeians

Ha ha ha ..  so it is info for those who is ready to share real info when booking  
It is ONLY  way with me - so I google your name and I see  who you are   or even see your interviews and your work on yourtube ..
