First, sorry to hear you were the victim of a bait and switch scam - I hate that!

So, hell YEAH!  Post it.  
1). It might save someone else.  
2).  If scammers realize we aren't going to put up with the nonsense - maybe there will be less of them
3).  It helps out the local ladies by not diverting $$ into the hands of some scumbag scammer.

Afterall that's what the boards are for isn't it?  ...to share info on who is good/bad, real/fake, etc.
