I recently applied for insurance for both of us via Health America.  I was accepted, but my son was denied because he was hospitalized due to pneumonia back in August.  The only reason I applied in the first place was so that HE would be insured.  He has been without insurance since he turned 2 in August and I have been paying out of pocket for everything.  Fortunately, he's been in perfect health since he was released from the hospital, but I'd like to have something in place just in case.

Please help.  Do you know of a program that will insure my child affordably regardless of his recent health condition?

I know one guy who buys cars - ya know, mercedes, BMWs... Large pick-em-up trucks... spends hours on waxing them.... but never talks to his own son....

so, Rendell knows this....  and good for him.

The previous post is correct, coverage for children reguardless of income.
