Now I know why Sting was going on & on about tantra in a HS radio interview. I heartily recommend you all give her tantric approach a try. Just wish I'd seen her ad a few months ago!!

you are missing the point of tantra.  multiple waves + multiple near releases = extended happy.  if you just need your backedup plumbing relieved for minimal bucks, then fine.  keep your mind closed and try not to scrape your knuckles on the ground.
