Yes, it looks like you're right.  Some other erudite poster noticed that and put something on the board the last time she /they / it came to visit Philly.  If you want a real treat, give her / them / it a call and you'll get more "hons" and "babes" than from a waitress in a South Philly diner.  If you're not sure what's up, ask her where her reviews are.  My guess? As rare as an honest Philly politician.
