my  HOT cappachino i ordered in DUNKIN DONUTS  king of prussia EXPLOYED over my top right hand ,and burned me real bad ,saved reciept&cup and went to hospital.???? anyone know of a real good lawyer????

If you do go to a lawyer make sure that you have some way to back up your source of income. If they investigate you and find that you have unaccounted for money or assets that you should not be able to afford then you might invite trouble that you did not count on.

Weight the cost/benefit before you proceed.

I am sorry I do not know any attorneys to recomend, though for a personal injury case like this I would assume the phonebook would have plenty of P.I. lawyers listed.

One thing to bear in mind wouldbe the following: These types of cases (burned by hot hoffe) were new and big 10 years ago, and since the restaurants have learned to put labels on the coffee cups to indemnify them.  They probably also know how to fight them.  Just something to think about from a risk reward standpoint (in addition to the wise comments listed above about unaccounted for assets).

I would call Jackie Chiles.  He recently got my friend Kramer a huge settlement from Java World in a similar incident.  Just make sure you don't put a balm on the burn.
