You may be right Chris....I hope my initial reaction proves to be wrong.Time will tell.I still find the level of response in relation to the number of men who knew Jenni to be diconcertingly small

I posted yesterday about the reported death of the young provider named Jenni. She also called herself"The Class Valedictorian Turned naughty"or words to that effect. She had 5 or more pages of reviews(not sure of the exact number, they have been removed)going back 3 or more years and one as recent as the last 45 days.Hundreds of local men saw this young lady! NO ONE has taken the time to post a single comment or express any sentiment about her untimely death.I hope this post turns out to have been premature and ultimately many of the participants in our "community" see fit to acknowledge the passing of one of it's own.As of this post more than 80 people have read my post of her passing and there are no replies. This is a sad commentary on the true fabric of this so-called community.

...and truly a shame.

I read an earlier post (maybe from you, yesterday?) and was certainly curious, but
it's a touchy-thing to bring up; death.  That does not necessarily mean that everyone here read over the post without giving it a second thought.  I said a prayer for her, but really couldn't think of anything relevant to post.

Regarding this community; besides the occasional M&G and a few private IM's or e-mails, it's pretty much a "you're on your own" kinda-hobby...I don't know anything at all about any of the guys I communicate with here, except that we see the same women.

I can understand your frustration, especially if you had the pleasure of spending any time with Jenni, but from what I have seen on ter in the past, re: provider or porn star deaths, they tend not to illicit much of a response, post-wise.

I don't know how old she was, but I'm figuring that she was way too young to die.

I missed your post yesterday.  I'm very sorry to hear about Jenni.  I saw her once several years ago. What I remember most was that she was a sweet girl, very likable.....

your post, I for one did not see it.  And while I did not see Jenni, I often remember both looking at her web site and reading her reviews....  and often wondering about her - as a person.  With so many ladies in this profession, what they offer in terms of sex is increadible... but I know that some also offer a glimpse of other views on life, and how to live it.  Certainly from what I read of Jenni, she was a very sweet girl - and her passing is sad...

thanks.

I've never seen her either, but have read many of her reviews. It was humorous to see the comments about her dogs a few years ago. She sounded like a nice girl.

What happened to her?

Jenni was a very sweet girl. Just a plain out nice person. Her death came much too soon. My prayers go out to her family.

As for your commentary on our "community". I believe  the timing and the heading of your post have much to do with the lack of response. I for one , am away from the internet on most weekends. 80reads is not a big number and the ods are that a very high percentage of  that number that read the post were lurkers.

Sorry i just got this news. I was banged up pretty badly in an accident on the northeast extension during the ice storm 3/16. I saw Jenni pretty often, most recently in jamuary. I took some of the photos for her website and we had lots of fun deciding what to post. She had an asthma attack once while I was there, but she didn't have an inhaler or anything. She thought they were anxiety attacks. She was trying to cope with them holistically (sp?) with diet and lifestyle changes. She always had the goofiest laugh, kind of a hiccupping thing. It got on my nerves sometime but now I really miss it a lot, knowing I'll never hear it again. She had just gotten a new car, and had gotten a ticket for doing (I think) 100 MPH in Jersey someplace. I feel like shit, I'm going to bed now.

I missed the original post as well.  If you had put her name in the title, I would've stopped to read it.  That is such a shame about Jenni.  I saw her 3-4 times thought the last time was well more than a year ago.  She was a nice friendly down to earth girl.  You mentioned she died of an asthma attack.  I can now recall times seeing her when I noticed her breathing seemed a little more labored than it should've been and think she even might have mentioned having it, but didn't make it sound that serious.  Sorry to hear about her passing, it was too soon.
