This is great news. You'd be a most welcome visitor. The hotels near the airport are too numerous to mention. Many of the familiar chains have locations there, and are utilized by travellers such as yourself. The downtown and King of Prussia areas are also popular. Hope you make the trip.

where would be a good place and safe to stay if i tour there in philly?  i would be flying so i guess it would have to be close to the airport? can anyone help?

He's right. You can not go wrong with any of those places. There are plenty of choices to stay too.

One suggestion..do not use the airport marriot...it is in the airport itself and is hell for parking on the guys coming to see you.

Hi Sassy,
Let me start by saying that the gents here in Philly sure do know how to give a lady a warm welcome :)  I usually split my tour to accom. the gents.

I spend two days in Center City and then I go to KOP for two days.  This seems to keep everyone happy since the drive between the 2 can be a bear:)  I would be more than happy to PM you some hotel info :)
