Been doing this for 15 years, so am really getting it out of my system.  Certainly the novelty has worn out long ago.  Weighing the value of erotic pleasure and the emotional risks involved in the pursuit.   A lot of thoughts and questions on sex, love, aging, loneliness and desire start occuring during sessions.  ED anyone?  Not physical causes, just the mind tripping over itself.  Does one get over this, just like any other phase, or does one evolve into something else?  I could see returning to the SO and really being satisfied with long term emotional connection.
