I have been checking out the board for a couple of months, but have never posted before.  It seems like there is a good group of people on here, so I was hoping that some of you might be able to offer me some advice.  

I was recently surfing CraigsList and saw a posting on the Casual Encounters that caught my eye, so I decided to write to the poster.  She responded pretty quickly and told me about her availability and fee, but the last sentence was "Safe Sex Only."  After re-reading that several times and wondering if this was some sort of a joke, all kinds of alarms were going off in my head, because it definitely sounds like it could be a fishing expedition, and there is no way in hell that I want to be involved in anything like that.  She doesn't have any reviews, as far as I know.  Am I thinking with the wrong head?  

PS-I would have been interested in connecting with an established provider, but I don't have any provider references so that eliminates a good amount of the women and being under 30 eliminates almost all of the rest.

First I think CL(Craig's List) is the last place in the world a newbie should be looking. There is just to much bad S-it on CL. Hell ...there are hundreds of well reviewed providers right here on TER. Your comment about seeing an established provider is definitely the way to go. Most of the agencies and many indys will see you as long as you can provide them with the screening info they request.

BTW."Safe Sex Only."  simply means all activities will be provide with a condom.   CBJ... etc

Cl is the wild wild west of the hobby and only the most experience cowboys should go there. A newbie could find himself in the pokey or worst. Stick with the reviewd ladies.

there are many in the region.  as to how to pass screening...  provide a lot of information about yourself - ie - work history and residence.  That should do the trick.  and don't worry - if you go with a very well reviewed and experienced provider (and some who post on this board satisfy that requirement...)this can go a long way...

with respect to age. It is all in how you present yourself.  and I cannot explain that!

I've never used it, and wouldn't consider it.

Don't believe the garbage about "diamonds in the rough" on CL.  "Ruff Ruff Woof Woof" is more apropos!

Bizzaro is right on. If you provide work information you can pass a provider's screening without having refrences.

While CL can be like the wild west, you CAN find some quality girls that will advertise on CL and Eros. When the girls advertise on both usually it at a significant discount over the rates that they charge on eros.  

My ATF used to advertise on CL at rates less than half of what she charges on eros.  

If you use CL's be upfront and ask questions, like are you the girl in the picture in the ad and let her know that you will walk away if she's not.  Most B&S scammers bet that you can't walk.  Good luck.
