This is to hoping you've come to your senses and come over to TER.  Listen, when the same two providers (both like jewelry in their names) are yapping on the boards almost daily, despite rules about posting ads once per week, how credible can that board be?  It'a a club.  If you're part of the club the rules are flexible.

Additionally, I told the truth about a provider, much like you did, and it started a war that went for weeks.  So much for objectivity.  So Dave, ever wonder why those two have to post so much?

Yep the TBD  site is virtually useless for objective information. It's funny how whenever someone who is not part of their little group posts the truth about one of their precious providers they all attack like sharks. And they jump all over so called "spammers" who are not part of their lovefest, yet members of their clique can post ads as many times a week as they want.

TBD is such a scam.  They have a pay board, but travellers always post on the free board anyway.  Why?  Because if they only posted on the pay board then no one would know they were coming.  Me?  I'd rather read what the quality providers have to say instead of reading the constant blather from those two on TBD almost daily.

I don't think that quality providers like you, Linda, are aware how bad the other board has become in this city.  In other cities, the other board truly is an exchange of useful information, and guys are will to share what they know. Here, if they tell the truth, and one of the yappers doens't like it, out comes the gun with the proverbial three shots to the back of the head.  It's merely the perspective of the provider from out of town that provides the impetus to post on this board.  If they knew how bad that board has become, they'd stick to the sites that simply announce who is there and who will be arriving.

Took a look to see if anything is improving, it's not.  There was a discussion going on between two posters, one a guy who is sick of the crap on that board.  The other guy puts up most of crap and keeps the love fest going with the two "jewelled" providers.  Not to be ignored, a provider jumps in with some more really useless blather, of course siding with the the love fest guy.  I gotta go - I'd get more use out of washing my trash can lids than reading the other board.

I like your style Linda and good for you for having the courage to speak your mind even though it may hurt your business. I noticed when you gave an intelligent reply to the person who asked about your post on this board, they turned the whole thing into a joke.

Agreed, they spend alot of time reading the boards and criticizing others' comments.  Well so do a few providers, so where do they get all this spare time?  Are the hotels closed, or is the King of Prussia exit blocked off?  I dunno, time to go wash my trash can lids again.
