I have actually been the philly area several times on hobby trips. The service was pretty good.

Also we have our share of providers who come to philly to visit us in the dc/maryland/northern virginia on a regular basis.

Recently, I have read a number of posts on the Philly board about where all the good escorts have gone, or guys looking for a specific service and I keep on wondering why?  

I live outside of Philly, but I consider myself a Philly girl and it frankly pisses me off that some guys here do nothing but complain.  It gives the wrong impression of all of us.

Number one, I think I do a pretty damn good job of providing for the guys I have seen.  And I have partnered with a few others, like Bambi Lynn and Ashley James who are fine escorts too.  The Dream Team may be competition for me but I know from guys I have seen that they have enjoyed their experience.  I know others that do a damn fine job providing.

I could go on and on about guys that make appointments and then never show up, or guys that think they can change their time from 1pm to 4pm without even checking to see if that time is free, or the guys that routinely make appointments only to cancel them over and over again.

But the girls put up with that - and we hang in there because for every guy that does that, we meet a guy that is a true gem.  Maybe the other ones chases away some of the visiting girls, but the regular indys and some damn fine agencies are here for you and do a great job.  So lets all enjoy and stop whining!!

Don't take it too hard...the rants come with the territory, there was just one on the DC Board and I bet you could find one on every Regional Board if you looked hard enough.

The grass is always greener on the other side, guys see thousands of providers through their ads nationwide and hold every local market up against those providers for comparison.  I'm not a Philly guy but I'm there an awful lot, I have nothing but great things to say about the providers I've met...it doesn't matter if they are from an AMP in Spring Garden or a VIP travelling girl I've never had a bad experience with a PHL girl!

About travelling providers, there is a revolving door of ladies making their way through town so I won't even waste my breath defending that.

Your rant proves my point.  You're a Jersey girl.  In the past month, you have advertised that you will be in Philly for exactly ONE day.  The Dream Team MAY have made a few guys happy with their pimped up CBJ's, but they are also a Jersey thing.

Geography is a funny thing.  Philly is NOT in Jersey.  My post below was talking about the lack of a pool of  truly good  Philly whores that a traveling guy can tap into when he visits Philly.  To see you, who seems to be rather hot, the guy would have to be lucky to coincide with your very infrequent tours.

If a bunch of guys complain, consider that they might not just be a bunch of assholes, but may actually have a point.  One great thing about this site compared to the Biggest Goddamned Fraud Ever board is that the guys can actually say what they think without being concerned that the site will come down on them for pissing off the paid advertisers.

Would i like to see a large group of new and hot talent in our area? Of course! And I must admit that I don't go into the "city proper" to hobby, but there are certainly a large number of very attractive girls with a long track record of service (including Brooklynn) just a short drive outside of the city...into the immediate suburbs. Why are you so averse to traveling a short distance outside of the city?

Consider starting over and posting a well thought out, less aggressive post and maybe you will get some takers...you know the saying about attracting with honey rather than vinegar, right?

I wish you luck in finding what you are looking for in our fair cit but unless you change your method you will likely be out of luck.

They aren't doing us the favor for selling bro, we're doing them the favor by buying.  And I'm not looking for companionship, I'm looking to get laid.

However, I do appreciate the tone and tenor of your response.

Even if Dogbone used his "real" TER name doesn't mean that providers necessarily are going to know what it is when he schedules and/or then make a connection to his postings. Some hobbyists never give their TER "name", some providers never ask.  Many hobbyists and providers don't know a thing about TER.

While I too thought it was rather timorous of him to write so strongly, yet reticent to use his "real" TER name, he was entitled to do so.  Perhaps he didn't want those who know his TER name to identify him with the content.

Nonetheless, his point has been made before, often, on these boards over the years. Him making it won't change the environment, nor will all who felt intrepid enough to criticize either him or his post. The only thing that can make any change, one way or the other, is each individual in the way they conduct themselves in this "hobby."

And despite any statements to the contrary, what he described in his original thread does indeed appear from time to time on other cities boards, as do the usual comments about rates, NCNS and so on. No one can unequivocally say that Philly is better or worse than other cities since there are no statistics that track the hobbying population and appointment outcomes. I'm sure for some Philly is worse than other cities; for others  it's better. It's all a matter of perspective. Those who paint a picture of a city based on one or a few hobbyists/providers are very shortsighted.

You have good reviews and are not of the pre-bacon slaughterhouse category. You seem to stay in good physical condition!  

Of course there are exceptions to the rant on the previous page, but by and large, Philly has very slim pickins for quality providers with NOT so slim bodies.  Slim, and Philly provider doesn't get used in the same sentence.

You are mistaken...they ARE doing us a favor and we are doing a favor patronizing them.  Every financial transaction has a measure of "mutual utility"...everyone gets something out of it.  

While some working girls don't mind the use of the word "whore"...the connotation, especially among guys doesn't come off sounding like you're the kind of guy that a woman would want between her legs...but then again she'll never know because of the alias.
