I'm not asking for a head count (no pun intended).  But it seems the reviews in TER cover about 20-30 or so people.  When I look on Eros  it seems the vast majority of advertisers are visiting from out-of-town.  It certainly is possible that only the VIP escorts show up here or on Eros or other sites and they are a small number, while the lower-echelon ones rely on word-of-mouth (again, no pun intended) or advertise on more questionable sites.  Any thoughts?

I assume a lot of EROS is agency or scam (just from my experiences).
I also see a lot of reviews from skiptgegames - which is very shady.
So I am interested in where people go to get their ads....

Same here.  Although TER has a section called "Site Reviews," it has no content.  It would be a good service to have reviews to guide hobbyists to the more respectable sites.

I agree.  I was recency on Adult Search Philadelphia. 2Backpage Philadelphia, Yes Backpage Philadelphia and it seems many of the ads are nearly obvious scams and fakes. Identical wording, vague details and contact info, etc.

I see a lot of ladies posting on a site called tryst.link.  Some of the posters are women that you see in other places and some I have never seen anywhere.  There Tryst profiles usually include email addresses, website links, phone #'s, Twitter lint etc.  A lot of travelling ladies post their Philly visits there as well.  Some overlap with EROS but the agency girls that frequent the EROS postings do not show up on Tryst.  Some girls are just promoting their Onlyfans site but most seem to be legitimate escorts.  Take a look!!
