I'm a 45 year old man.  
I'm not hard up, and I don't want to be with just anything out there .  
I tried this once before on a site called backpage ,  
I thought I was gonna spend an hour with his hot little 24 yr old cutie .
On the night of he date I worked out , groomed myself all nice , got a shower &  
When I arrived down town philly  in a very nice hotel I called her and she gave me her room #.  
But the girl who answered the door wasn't the girl in the pic .  
She was more like in her mid 30's was and was a little chunky .  
I didn't what to do & I didn't want to hurt her feelings so I came in gave her the 200 bucks.  
I felt so uncomfortable , then when she came out of the bathroom she had these fishnet stockings on  
I could tell she had a kid because she had a very loose stomach with stretch marks.  
But what put me over the edge was I noticed needle bruises through her fish nets on both her legs and I knew she was shooting drugs.  
I didn't do anything with her but talk with her even though she offered me  A whole lot more ,I had absolutely no desire at that point  
I actually felt bad for her it was a total let down .  
I thought I would never do that again , then I started doing research and reading reviews and my hope got renewed.  
I'm not a bad looking guy . I workout 5 times a week I don't look my age and women do find me attractive .  
I'm not saying I'm all that but I'm not desperate either.  
Some of these girls are so beautiful that it would be so worth paying more money to have that once in a life time experience.  
I need advice , what do I Need to do to get one of the higher level providers to see me when I don't have any references.  
I'll give then what ever information they need .  
I'm a nice guy and I most definitely am a safe guy.  
I'm not a part of any law enforcement agency nor do I want to be

Without references it can be hard to see quality providers. I suggest you post this in the FAQ for Newbies, or read through that forum. There is a lot of advice for how to get references and get started.

I can tell you from a providers point of view, if you don't have any references you should invest in either joining Date Check or P411. These are both sites where they will verify your employment and information. Now, not all reputable providers will accept "Newbies" on these sites, but alot of other great and well reviewed ladies will agree to see if you if you are on one of these sites. If you find a girl on Backpage, always check to see if she is reviewed. If she isn't reviewed and has fantastic pictures, chances are very high thats not who will be on the other side of the door.  

If you are so normal why can't you book a dinner date with a real provider?

I agree with everthing your saying I got some advice to join date check so they can confirm my employment I'm ok with that.
But as for being normal , I never say I was lol
But if you happened to be married well that can be very costly to be out a in public restraunt . Out of town maybe.

Once you get on date-check or p411 look for a newbie friendly lady not everyone on those sites takes a gentlemen without references or ok's  

that I was not actually going to meet anyone without screening.

Mikie, join P411.  Lots of nice high end ladies there, more info available to you about them than on Date-Check and they list right on their profile if they see newbies.
