Any recommendations for hotels (areas) to stay, as well as places to advertiser in Philadelphia?

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thank you.

Does it have to be in Philadelphia? There is a place called Spring Hill Suites in Plymouth Meeting that is great. Oddly enough, its cheaper on the weekends then it is during the week though. I'm not a big fan of going into Philly, but everyone has a different opinion on that.

Can't help with the advertising... Though you pretty much did just advertise.

When are you coming?

Hello,

Well, it doesn't have to be Philly.  I am new to the area and looking to explore.  Just wanted to get some ideas.

Thank you so much for taking the time to respond.

Regards,

Ashley Ann

King of Prussia is a another option.  There are a ton of hotels near the mall and lots and lots of business men.  The issue I've heard about that area is LE is more active so be extra careful with screening if you choose that area.
Center City is a much nicer place to stay if you intend on doing anything outside of your hotel room.  The problem is parking and people outside of the city face a ton of traffic getting there.

1. Center City: Best for you if your want to do things outside of work.  Fine restaurants, museums, etc, For those who do not work in the city, hard to get to and hard to park. Nice Hotels higher priced.
2, Airport Area: Many less expensive places to stay, easy for clients to park as these places have free parking.  Isolated but easy in and easy out.
3, King of Prussia: Large convention center-huge shopping mall, many less pexoensive places to stay and eat.  Only question is rumors of LE activity.
4. Plymouth meeting: easy to reach for clients, a number of less expansive places to stay including above mentioned suites hotel.
5. Possible to be across the river in Nee Jersey. I am not familiar.

Most of us rely on TER, Date Check, etc. (but those of us reading your question would naturally be TER readers.

Hope it all works out for you.

...maybe they (hotels) expect more business especially from business travelers & other corporate types and maybe room availability might be a bit more limited then than on weekends.
