Let's break this down.
1. You don't know much about the area or providers yet you know enough to read local message boards. Most newbies just look at Eros or newspapers or go to AMP's they heard about from friends.
2. You have a generic screen name like LE might use, as opposed to a guy with a hard-on creating a quick screen name that is usually less meticulous like "phillycock" or "mandingoBFE" or "wifedoesnotsuck" or "ATMman" etc. lol.
3. People concerned with safety know how to not only travel across the Earth and look up escort review sites also know how to look at a map and read that a bunch of coochie and and johns got locked up in KOP.

Hi all...just moved to Philly near KOP to a place called Wayne. I am from South Africa. Is it really that unsafe to answer an advert to see a provider. Are lists like craigslist not a good idea. Whats the safeest way for me to go about meeting a provider? thx Ian

Jeepers.... it was only a question.... most escorts say they have a review on ter... so it doesnt take a genius to look up the site. it was looking on the site I saw the discussion board... so one does not have to be a too bright again to click on it..... as to the words KOP or  
philly... they are thrown around so much that its in ones face all the time....

on the discussion board it had the term provider... in a few posts i read.... so hence i used the term...thx for the help and the advice..... but i see fitting into the USA is going to be harder that i thought.
