Occasionally, I come across a provider that recommends one of these verification agencies. I checked out Room Service 2000 and found it was pretty limited. So I toss out two questions to other hobbyists AND providers:
1) Is it worth the investment? and
2) What are the other verification services besides RS2000?
Some guys are hesitant to give info to a lady...why would you be more willing to freely give it to a faceless business who you have no idea what they do with your info or how they protect it.
Save your money for hobbying.
Do you want some disgruntled employee taking your info?
Well put. The hassle, the expense, and the anxiety of worrying about where the info is going to end up is just not worth it in my book. Besides, RS2K will one day be found not to be foolproof and we'll be back to provider refs again.
trust me on this one I know! We girls have to do alot of research. I have been given references for girls that do not exist---Thank God I took the time to do research on here and other boards. Now I suppose I was just to assume the reference was legit without doing my homework and call Ms. LE for a reference and hang at the Grey Bar Hotel. So LE works in alot of tricky ways. Also I have known in some states they do reverse pops and post websites and if you guys do not do your homework ouch---you get stung. So everyone do there homework and be safe!
Also when I verify with RS2000 or check a gents profile on Date-check I feel totally comfortable especially if I know they have seen well established providers and they have been a member for a while. But it is up to you guys and your comfort level as what you feel comfortable doing. I can understand your concern also. Also to if I check on a site like Date-check and do not know whom a gent has seen I check the girls reviews and her reviewers to see if she is legit. If she has just a couple of reviews and he has only reviewed her and the other has only reviewed her it raises another ?
So just be safe--do your homework--and go with your gut and comfort level.
