I know - it's 100' out. Haha.  

But I still love taking advantage of the summer and dining outdoors like I'm in Europe. I want to see if anyone has any new restaurant recommendations near City Center they love - especially with outdoor dining? Any type of cuisine really.

Parc and Rouge are fantastic and right at Rittenhouse Square which is a very upscale and trendy part of the city. Maybe if you are nice I will take you. lol. Cant wait to see you soon you lovely, gorgeous, super sexy woman!
