Well, gotta say I'm pissed off.  Texted a local provider on short notice to see if we could set up a time to play.  She said yes, but needed an extra half hour to get ready.  That was cutting it close for me but I agreed.  Texted  her again just before leaving the suburbs to drive to Center City on the fricken Schuylkill to make sure we were ok...she texts back yes, but asks if I can give her 10 more minutes as she is getting out late from work.  I say ok....5 minutes after I arrive in Center City to await her location text she texts me and says she confused me with someone else she was texting and now can only see me at 4pm.  I fricken hit the roof.  I dont ask for much in this hobby.  Girls whose pix are accurate; services and fees that are agreed upon and kept, and showing up on time.  5 or 10 minutes late I can live with.  So now that I have driven the whole damn way into the city, only to have been confirmed on this, she expects me to wait an hour and a half for an appointment she is just as unlikely to keep.  BS.  Missy Miss you know who you are...you owe me more than an apology.  I just wasted a solid hour of driving time because you cant read a text message!

But if she reads your thread maybe she will make it up to you.

When you think about it, she should have already made plans to make it up - or at least let the OP know what happened.

Holly Body tried that with me not once but twice about 5 years ago.  In the first instance, I turned around & went home as I was unprepared, but the second time I expected it & contacted a local who I knew was reliable & saved the day.

to TER members...I did get an email from the lady in question who admitted some blame on the screw up, although seems to think I have some responsiblity in it as well.  I took the time to answer her directly and refute each point she raised.  In the end, she and I will obviously have a difference of opinion on where the blame lays...her name will remain private.  Some of you will no doubt believe she should be "outed"...the fact that her reviews are generally quite positive is the reason I am not specifying her name.  She obviously has a lot of satisifed customers.  But in the end, doing it right 99% of the time isnt good enough in my book when I am the 1% that was not fairly treated.  So she and I see the facts differently, but in the end I think my judgement about what happened was correct.
