The Papal visit will bring in 3 to 4 million visitors. Hotels will be booed,  The city will become a no drive zone and local trains will be accessible by lottery won tickets only.

Women planning to deliver that week end are being referred to hospitals out of town. Hospitals have blocked their surgery schedules.

Ladies could stay with me, but my wife and kids would ask questions.
