Woman enters the business, gets popular to the point that she has a steady clientelle at the level she wants. She basically disappears from the boards.  She probably has a web site, but you'd have to know about it some other way or remember it from when she was advertising actively.  

Simply review the Top 100 Philadelphia Providers List which can be found under “reviews” “top 100” then select a “city” which is found on the top right side of the page. To be listed, a provider needs at least 20 reviews with a last review within 3 months. Some providers fall off the list without a current review then pop back on when a new review is submitted.

There are several to choose. I have the two best below. They are listed in alphabetical order. (I want to emphasize they are in alphabetical order. They are both beyond awesome and depending on what you want either will be a great choice.) I cannot say one is better than the other so alphabetically is the most fair.  

I'm not following the logic on your theory here since it's not considering so many other factors.  There are plenty of reasons to be here or not be here, like having a life outside of this or traveling.  Sometimes you are full of clients but participating on the boards is fun and other times it is not.  Using one provider y as an example doesn't help hold a theory up.  There are literally hundreds of thousands on the board,  Plus, not all hobbyists write reviews and many don't even know this board exists.  So more research is needed to make this theory hold any sort of water.

All the ladies mentioned above are all excellent choices. I have seen them all including Alex. A few of them on multiple occasions. There are still a few more in the area that I hope to meet with in the future that have some pretty outstanding reviews.  
  You would know best the type of lady's you would "click" with so reach out and enjoy!!

Based on some observations.  
-Some have enough clients and don't advertise or have much, if any, presence on boards
-basically these ladies have gone UTR, and I won't name others since I don't share UTRs

Maybe you need to do more field research, lol... You know, because you're most interested in the science above all else...

I have to agree AlexandraMarie, as for me I feel there are so many phony reviews and for the mere fact that a plethora of new users surface and start writing reviews like they have been members for years on the board convinced me that a majority of the reviews from new users and are absolute shill and I personally wont put much into reading them any more.
