Lately there have been more than a few postings on the boards about high prices and high prices coupled with poor service. First let me state that what I am about to clarify for you is not an attempt to speak for any of the other gents who read this board. Rather it is my attempt to clarify what I have posted that may possibly be misconstrued if the postings were read hastily.
I have been at the "hobby" for just about 25 years. This city has always had and continues to have a very poor reputation as far as the availability of good local ladies. I'm sure other guys can attest to this fact. The great incalls of the 80's have gone away, but the bad indys who were into drugs and ripoffs remained. The sensation of being ripped off remains for a long time. Truly there are some exceptional independents in the Philadelphia area, but they are few and far between, and sometimes hard to get hold of because they are in demand. With the advent of the internet came the opportunity for even more providers to advertise their services and come to Phila. Unfortunately, not all of these providers are trustworthy. There is clearly an upward trend in the number of dishonest and unscrupulous providers with no reviews, no track record, no references from friends, etc. to justify ever-increasing rates. They come here for a few days, change their name sometimes, maybe use someone else's photo, fly out of here, then do it all over again in a different town.
There are many excellent providers that have used the 'net for a mutual benefit. The angelic ladies from Florida come to mind first. I have noticed that several of them have been regulars here for for a while. Ditto for Las Vegas, Georgia, Texas, North Carolina, Arizona, Beantown, Vancouver, Chicago, and even Hawaii. (Don't be offended if I omitted your area -- I'm just trying to recall from memory, which I admit is probably getting worse lately). So, ladies, if we were bad guys and cheapskates, I don't think we would have these ladies making repeat visits here over the years. I believe I have been consistent in complaining only about rip-offs, and HIGH PRICES WITH NO REVIEWS. So, to the ladies who like our city, especially that warm-blooded Florida bunch, come on back, the water always was safe. And to the ladies who are thinking about it, there are a few gentlemen here.
