I wouldn't worry too much.  You are an awesome, lovely person whose personality, energy, and tallent will shine through no matter what name you use.

Have you thought of going with the Latin meaning - Nivia?  This way you do not have to change.

Well you gotta love those Disney guys and what lengths they go to protect their trademarks.  You might be able to get away with modifying your name so that you keep the same phonetics but change the spelling....for example:

Snoe Whyte
Sno Wite
Sno Whyte
Snoooo Wyte

etc..etc...I think you get the point.  If you have built up some equity in your name you could change the spellings a bit and keep the disney boys at bay....just a thought
