Good morning, everyone.  I hate posting in regard to the legitimacy of a provider, as I do my own research and homework very well, but does anyone have any info to share on this provider?  There are lots of reviews on TER; however, I can't seem to find reviews elsewhere and even had some references stating she was LE.  I'm uncertain of her status and wish to be careful, as always.  Any insight would be greatly appreciated.

Definitely real!  I  saw her in York, PA and reviewed her.  She was at that time very thin.  Small quibble, but I thought she needed to gain a few pounds.
