I am in center city Phila at times on a Monday or Tuesday night.  My visits are business related and typically unplanned.  Is there a bar, restaurant, whatever where I might have the opportunity to meet a provider in the early evening.  My schedule is such that I typically cannot make prior arrangements but on occasion would like to indulge.

Any suggestions???
