Sloane is great!  I saw Natasha a little over a year ago & she did a fantastic job setting it all up & the accomodations, etc.  It was on a weekend too, so it wasn't like a scheduled tour stop.  She's top-notch!

been hobbying over 10 years and Sloane has been a pillar of the biz.
