This is just plain nuts.  Just a few days ago, there was some discussion on this board about reviews, and why some screeners won't approve a review.  OK, try this one.  On 8/31, a review was approved for "B J Queen", and she doesn't even have a website or listing in a provider mall.  Go figure.  Who tees off first, the reviewer or the guy who approved the review?  Who buys the beer at the turn?

You can also throw in the issue of why the screeners allow some milquetoast reviews that are submitted as 10s on performance to remain as 10s, while other reviews that are submitted as 10s get knocked down a notch or 2.  It is amazing that several of the 10s I have read were accepted as 10s.

Yeah, I know.  It really pi**es me off too, when you try to stick by the rules, then some other guys gives a 10 (whcih by the way is only to be given under specific circumstances).  As you read the review, you say, "Where's the 10 material"?  I actually had a case where I gave the basic 8 in performance (not really an inspired one), and the reviewer pushed it UP to a 9.  I suspect this was done because the girl was popular.  My review was not out of line with her trends.

Hey Nick, I'm not friends with the moderator of this board.  I just wrote a review and clicked 'submit'.  It's outta my hands after that.  I have had a couple denied before though I thought they were good enough to post.  Whoever does the decision making for the Philly reviews is very inconsistent at his job.  Maybe you should apply to be the new review moderator.  What can I say, I'm not an agency kinda guy.  I've been on an indy girl kick lately and pretty much all these girls have are their posts on CL and no website for reference.  Doesn't make them any less real or worthwhile.  For instance, there's this one college girl who posts about twice a week on CL in the CE section and has her own apartment in South Philly.  Her availability is limited because of her schedule but I've seen her a few times and she gives one of the best BBBJs I've ever had and I'll keep going back to see her.  She's not a pro, just does it on the side for xtra income.  Right now I prefer those kinda girls, though I have seen agency girls in the past.  There are some good girls out there who like to be more UTR and don't want to advertise so much as they would rather have a small stable of regulars.  A couple come to mind, though one now has her own rare-escort site.  So start a campaign to be the new review screener for Philly and let everyone know what the rules are to get a review approved.

I HAVE HAD REVIEW NOT APPROVED BECAUSE THEY STATED " THEY WERE NOT SUBJECTIVE" THERE WERE COMMEMENTS I HAD ON PHYSICAL THINGS I OBSERVED.. STAINS ON UNDERWEAR, A GIRL BEING PREGNANT, ETC.. THESE ITEMS ARE NOT SUBJECTIVE... WHEN I REMOVED THESE COMMENTS THEY APPROVED THE REVIEWS... IT SEEMS THEY WANT MOST OF THE REVIEWS TO BE POSITIVE ONLY...

Here’s an example of where TER’s policy falls down. One of the hottest providers in Toronto is Eva of Honey Girls. She is a true 10 in both looks and performance; I speak from personal experience. Check out her reviews on Terb.ca. That’s where you’ll have to go because her reviews are not allowed on TER. Why? Well, it seems that Eva does not want her picture or even her name posted on the Honey Girls website. Who knows why – perhaps she’s so popular already that she can afford to protect her privacy yet still be hard to book. TER has declined reviews of Eva for that reason. The result? A girl who could lay claim to being Toronto’s most desirable escort appears nowhere on the TER site (I haven’t checked the discussion group – perhaps she gets a mention there). A guy headed to Toronto would therefore get a decidedly incomplete picture of his options in light of this TER policy.

i have had reviews rejected for strange reasons.
i have had my scoring changed.

the process is very very frustrating ....  i have a lot of info to contribute but I am not interested in jumping through procedural hoops with no idea if all of my work is going to be rejected.  a few months ago i tried to get a review up of tabby at paiges.... the process involved about 6  rejections.

you guys should not be jerking around your members ...

Just a reminder. TER Discussion Board moderators are not involved in the review process. We see the new reviews when you do.

Most of the new reviews are reviewed off shore. This goes a long way towards explaining the inconsistencies of late.

First, for the ass-man:  I hope you didn't perceive that I said YOU were pals with anybody.  I think the problems with the process are higher up than that.  I aplogize for a comment that I now realize could have been taken personally.  I certainly did not mean it to be aimed directly at you.  And for Thirsty, I think you've proven yourself more as one of the guys than management (can't you feel the love as the bourbon is being poured?).  I hope you didn't perceive that I was saying you were part of the problem, because I certainly didn't mean you.  I don't know who it is - they sure as hell don't fess up.  It's just some guy that says "Rejected - not enough detail".  Well hell, I don't want to give the sweaty stuff.  You know, when you're fortunate enough to come out of a fantastic session with a provider with a great attitude, why not protect her to some degree?

No offense taken, it's all good.  I can understand your frustration at the review process for this site.  As some of the others who've replied to this have stated, I also have had reviews turned down for odd reasons and have had my ratings changed.  I check to see if my review gets posted or not and then read it over and have noticed that they've changed not only the ratings I gave the provider but some of the answers I gave about her stats.  There is something weird going on here.  I'm not one to give a girl above a 7 if she isn't a true GFE like other reviews have done.  Too many reviews I've read don't match with the overall rating the girl was given because of things she didn't do or her attitude that was described.  Also, too many reviews leave out way too much detail.  I'm not saying we all have to go over every little thing that happened in a session, but guys who post reviews sounding like a cross between a Homer Simpson clone and Captain Caveman shouldn't be approved (me make date with girl, girl look nice, take off clothes, kiss and bj, mish and doggie, nice time, will repeat, unga bunga).  That's NOT a review as it doesn't tell the rest of us anything to help us.  I wrote a review of the BJ Queen because she's a nice girl and I wanted to help her out and she was cool with it.  I'm sure the TER guys are better than the CL ones.
Have a good time people.

Several years ago I had some very detailed reviews rejected.  Recently I have seen some reviews approved that were so short and so generic you just could not get any good feel for whether the provider was worth a visit.  Not good for anyone involved.

As to whether or not I'm part of the problem, it depends on who you ask around TER. ;)

I think I have submitted 6 reviews none approved..the first were apparently not graphic enough.. later it was the ladies only web presence was an unacceptable (to TER) competing board.  I don't even try anymore.

It's done all the time - on the providers' board.  And you're not the first provider to bring this up, either.

when I called the agency to discuss another girl they were bringing to the area, i mentioned about the pregancy.. They said they they had no knowledge of this for they had personally seen the provider for some time and that 2 other hobbists had brought this to their attention as well.... So that made 3 comments about this trait... However, TER would not allow this comment in the review.... a comment like this is not subjective... it is no different than stating the color of someone's hair or eyes or detecting the odor of smoke or b.o.  If you can see it, smell it, feel it... its not subjective... It's like my favorite comment. there is no such things as fake boobs.. if you can touch them they're real.
