As I sit here listening to Andrea Bocelli, it makes me think of how fortunate I am and continues to remind me of my mantra, which is "Focus on the Positive."

Although we have had some challenges in the United States the last couple of years, I believe that many good things have happened, too, and that is what we need to recall now and be grateful for. We should always dwell on the positive and try to ignore the negatives so that we can help create a more loving and peaceful environment to merit the lives sacrificed by our wonderful men in the armed forces.

You guys are the best and I hope you have a warm and cheerful holiday filled with blessings! I'll be with my family and friends enjoying the same!
