I think it is very unfair that you take down a whole string of e-mails, mostly involving negative truths about Ronnie, because one or two people posted under aliases.  I DID NOT post under any aliases and am annoyed that you are taking down all of MY posts under that thread, which I believe contain information that other hobbyists would find useful, because of someone else posting under an alias.  I think you have been very partial to Ronnie, and that is not your role.  You're supposed to be objective and not get involved in disputes between members unless there is a violation of the rules.  You're essentially throwing out the baby with the bathwater by deleting an entire thread, rather than just deleting the posts that violate the rules.  Please put the threads back up and exclude posts violate the rules.  Thanks.

Unfortunately, when a bad post is taken down, all subsequent posts also dissapear as they were built from the inital post.  

It is my position to keep mean spirited and hurtful posts off of the board and to enforce the rules.  I decided to go public with the reasons in order to educate rather than explain my actions.

In addition, assuming that the NEGATIVE TRUTHS you speak of were true, the posts quickly turned into a flame war...all be it with support on both sides.

I make no apologies for my actions and would do it again.

PS...these situations will be handled in the future by more heavy handed MODERATION.  Those who choose to be consistantly NEGATIVE in their posts will see a delay in their posts being active...if activated at all.
