Join P411.com. It's a verification service for both providers and clients. Clients' employment is verified to ensure they aren't law enforcement. Once verified you have access to ads for providers who are newbie friendly. Start there to gain "okays" - essentially references from the provider. Okays will open the door to seeing other ladies. Asking lost of ladies to see you and from what i understand also blowing a lot of these ladies off.  No offense but, YOU have a reputation for being a scammer.  You also reported being ripped off by a provider who had an okay reputation from what I can see so you're not actually a newbie.... Maybe let the other guys comment on this.  A simple search on TER shows that.

Of course no one wants to see you.  You've already broken many of the cardinal rules.  I'm NOT using an alias because I do NOT want you contacting me.
