For all of you who haven't heard me bitch about it in the past . Guys what is up with the no call no show's.. I know you hate it when someone is rude enough to do it to you, so why then would you do it to me. I don't care if you're stuck at work, the wife called or your stupid cat even died. Just do me a favor, pick up the phone and call. You're not only making things hard for me, but you're ruining it for other guys as well. I never plan on doing it to someone else, so stop doing it to me.

I agree, as a hobbiest stuff comes up but it is the basics of politeness to call and cancel an appt, I hire people and when they no show no call I fire them.

Pretty inclusive statements coming from wannabe  rookie that didn't exist until  yesterday. I am not sure what the number is but I pretty sure "Hobbyist" might be more than  1 suspect review and a posting history of more than 2 days.



Regarding Karina's NS/NC
(This is not just directed at Karina but to all providers that are experiencing high volume NS/NC)

My question is quite simple. Are the offending clients reviewing members of THIS BOARD? IF not why are we(TER VIP members)getting the blame. I am personally getting sick and tired of hearing about  how this provider and that provider had  multiple NS/NC's in a day. It would appear that the provider's are not doing their due diligence at SCREENING these men and getting proper references.  If these are in fact TER VIP members that you have screened and they had proper references. I say do as many hobbyist have done when they have been NS/NC by a provider and post their screen names right here on the board for all to see. At a minimum post their names on the womens board and begin to blacklist heir asses. I personally have NEVER ns/nc a provider.  

NS/NC is an inexcusable offense and should not be tolerated. I honestly think the gents of TER are receiving a bad rep regarding this matter. I have been told by providers that TER reviewers only represent about 15-20% of their clients. If this is true many of these NS/NC rants are not necessarily the fault of the hobbyist that are here on TER.

I'm sorry that providers get screwed over sometimes but these posts ranting about offenses that 99% of the the revieing members of this site have NOTHING to do with gets old real fast.

If someone stood you up then take it up with them. Personally for me it's kind of a turn off to see a provider that posts these open ended rants about "Guys"

Christophtrac let me just say.... I truly understand what you're getting at, but here in lies the problem. TER is the only place that I had advertised I would be available. The appointments that I had booked were with repeat clients. All of them had mentioned they had seen my post on TER. Unfortunately, I did not ask them for their TER screen name. I only asked them for their real name, so I can not blacklist them.

OK, I'm not ragging on ALL TER member, so please don't take it that way. I love TER guys. Almost ALL of you are awesome, but there are always a few problem children in the bunch. That post was directed at them. Not You!! I know that there are also MANY bullshit providers out there as well, but on a whole most provider on TER are for real. We all sometimes go through some shit in this business. Providers as well as clients, BUT that's the business.

So, with that being said I'm very sorry if I have offended some of you. I did not mean to. I was just expressing how I felt about something that had happened to me. This is a discussion board isn't it???????

When you screen ask for their TER name.  I know several ladies who always require that.  That may help limit your clientele to reliable members rather than the hundreds of lurkers out there.  On the other hand, how can you be sure they really are that VIP member?  You can't, but it might help.

One can ensure that someone is a TER VIP by having them send a TER PM to you .

I would rather just give my TER handle as my reference.  TER PM as an initial contact,   then cell phone with voice contact (always nice to hear the voice)  then text.

Communication is the key.

Of course...that's the way to verify it.  Requiring a hobbyist to be TER VIP might cut out some potential business, but it would pretty much eliminate NS/NC

I am not offended in any way because I know I am not an offender. I just wanted it to be clear to all of the providers that continue to complain on this board that I don't think it is the reviewing hobbyist that are doing all of this NC/NSing.
You say that all of your nc/ns's were"repeat clients" if that is in fact true perhaps you need to put them on your own NO see list.  If you are only advertising here on TER you might want to ask them their screenname as a part of your screening process.

I have a feeling that the offenders are the hundreds(more like thousands) of lurkers that never post or review.

The only problem with 'requiring' a TER PM is for guys like me, who are no longer VIPs, but with a history of reviews and posting.  I do agree that knowing a hobbyist's TER (and other boards, too) handle is a very good idea -- at the very least, you can check their reviews & posts to see what they like and/or expect...  How a repeat client could NC/NS is baffling.  I will just add one thing -- sometimes, technology can let us down: I've read where text messages and e-mails that would have explained the no-show were not delivered in a timely manner.  

I understand the need to vent -- times are tough all over, and stress levels are higher everywhere.  Let's all take a deep breath, let it out, chalk it up to experience, and then get out there and have some fun!

Hey Chris, don't like my opinion dont care, obviously you have no sense of humor and an ego probelm.  I agree with her in that a providers life is tough and no shows make it tougher.  You are right that I have only one review so far, not sure why it is suspect and not sure why you felt the need to attack me personally.

Not sure what you get out of it.  By the way if you read closesly she was not attacking vip members, maybe you just have issues with people or maybe you have a guilty consience,

Anyway there was nothing wrong with her post or mine, the world is not about you and so maybe you should not take postings that don't name you specifically personally.  This post you can take personally in that there was no need to attack me my integrity or Karina.
