Saw an interesting ad on CL from a girl named Meg at http://philadelphia.craigslist.org/ers/828558659.html

I emailed the girl and got some nice pics along with this verification process that sounded pretty fishy.  Saw another one like this on CL too.  Any thoughts?

Honey it is a scam these girls work for Guerilla Traffic. All they are doing is getting you to sign up under affiliate sales. They make 20 per sale. The pictures are either bought content or flirt for free models. Or webcam models its total BS as soon as you sign up they will block your email and you will be charged way more within 3 days its CRAP dont do it

it is a scam..... one of the oldest and most successful.

Decades ago, someone had an ad posted in many national as well as local papers that said: "This is absolutely the last chance to send $1.00 to ....." and gave a PO box.  Enough people sent money that this continued for a long time.  Sounds like the same person.

I saw the same thing from a listing under Outer Banks, NC.  There were a fiew girls with the same kind of posting.  They would even respond to email but directed you to this verification site.  I refused at the time.  Funny thing is I saw the EXACT same ad in Philly CL when I returned from my trip.  Figuring I'd play around with the obvious scam, I sent her another email.  She never responded and the ad was pulled from CL.
