One of the nice things about escorts(dot)com is their search function - you can search within a certain distance of a given ZIP code.  Do an initial search there, then look for reviews here.  Also, the area code there is 570 when searching TER by area code.  

I have seen good things written about BellaDonna, although I haven't met her; every review I've read of girls from Allure has been fair to poor -- I'd stay away from them.  Sorry I can't recommend something better...
