what happened?  closed?

There was a thread saying LE shut them down (see below).  More recent posts have indicated it might be reopening but not where or when.

I have been driving by. I noticed last night (2/13/06) that da hill's gate was open for the first time, and while I did not stop, it did not look like the pad lock was across the door.  Maybe I will TOFTT and stop
